I’m incredibly lucky to have grown up and lived most of my life in Dorset, the most beautiful and inspiring county on the south coast. The landscape and the sea inspire much of my work.

I love catching the feel of a place as well as movement and light and I love how using pencil connects me and my drawing to the subject. It’s the same when I’m drawing people – I feel like a pencil provides the most direct connection between my work and the person within.

I’m a member of a couple of local art groups and regularly exhibit with them. I’ve also had work selected for exhibitions around the country and online.
